  I recently spent 5 nights in this property whilst on business in Istanbul. I would completely agree with the majority of reviews here. In addition to this, the hotel was only a few minutes walk from the tram stop.   I ilked the personal touch. When I first wrote them they got envolved in the reason of my trip, and I immediatly felt they were friends. The internet is great, the location perfect and they arranged for my airport pick up an - We normally don't stay in dorms, but our experience was great. The staff were accomodating and friendly. Dorms were clean and spacious with big windows, comfortable beds, and lockers. The building is old, but charming and appeared to be well-maintained. Location is convenient and surprisingly quiet for being in the middle of Galata. Water cooler and brewed coffee at breakfast was a welcome bonus. A strong reccommend.

  A lot of thanks to staff!!! a lot, a lot!!! You helped me so much! I really recommend this hostel. Excellent location in the centre of the city. Cheap price for a single tourist. No noise. People write they wake up because of prayers in the early mornings. I slept and heard nothing (I closed the window)! But you need to know it is really simple rooms!!! - I stayed for two nights and was on my own. The room was very small, about 2x2m2 but I didn't need it to be bigger. All I wanted was a place to sleep at night and leave my luggage during the day. There was a double bed in the room, with a very comfortable, hard mattress, a sink, a mirror and a TV. There was also very good wi-fi. It was quiet and clean. Centrally located, super cheap, friendly receptionist. Perfect for me.

  The AMT Apart Hotel is a small, yet clean and comfortable family hotel. Hotel manager Ahmet is very friendly and helpful.The rooms are newly furbished and spaceous. It is about a kilometre to the Blue Mosque etc but I enjoyed the walk and always felt safe walking back alone late at night. The man who owns the apartment (Ahmed) was lovely and went out of his way to be helpful. There is a pide shop below the apartment and a fruit shop and general store very close by, as well as a café around the corner. I would definitely recommend this place. It was great value for money.

  I spent 5 nights in YILMAZ apartment with my family from 11th Dec '13 to 16th Dec '13. The apartment is spacious, clean and very comfortable for families. The staff especially the manager was so humble and very helpful. I had a plan to walk to hotel from the nearest tram station, Cemberlitas; so I called the hotel from the tram 15 minutes before t... was die leute sagen » he I reach there to reconfirm the location of the hotel but the manager was so humble to come to the tram station and pick us from there. One night I - The apartment is new and clean with all the needed furnitures and etc are welly arranged, espacially for the kitchen. The place is new, so takes some times to get there but actually only takes 10-15mins to the mosques and the tram station.
