  First when we read these comments we were little afraid how this hotel would be. When we arrived to hotel the girl who gave us keys were little late so we had to wait her for a while since there was no direct reception. Neighbourhood was really peaceful and safe, we didnt feel ourselves threatned at any point of our vacation. Doors had unbelievable safe locks sinc - This is my 2nd stay at the apartment and 10 out of 10 highly recommended.The apartment is in the city center which made it convenient to move around.The staff were extremely responsible ,polite,warm and friendly.The most important thing is that cleaning for me I can say that the lady who cleans the apartment was doing her best.Public transports on your door step.Reasonably price .

Our host was very polite, he was helping us from the beginning with bringing our suitcases (we were 5 girls so it was not easy to carry all our staff:)), everything what we asked him, he was explaining and double checking afterwards to give us more information. The stuff was very kind, Murat, the owner, was very helpful, give us all needed information. We stayed 5 persons in two bedroom apartment, and the apartment was very comfortable, clean. It is great for young people, close to istikal street, taksim, all good location to see and visit. We definetly would stay in this hotel.

(Note: Rooms Galata is located on a steep incline- which I loved for daily excerc - Me and my husband had an absolutely fantastic treat from the time we got to the hotel to the time we took off again. We booked a rather large room so we enjoyed the spacy room.   The apartment was good, clean and the staff was very friendly. They also helped us to find the parking near and with translation and payment for it. The manager offered us to see all available apartments and choose the one we like most. The location was great. Istiklal street is at 3 min walk.
