  We travelled as a family of 5 with a young 18 month old child and stayed in the family room - Hassan and the rest of the hotel staff could not have been more hospitable and helpful. They are a credit to the hotel making us feel very welcome in a genuine way - fantastic location - stones throw from all the main sites, ayasofia, hippodrome square, b... was die leute sagen » lue mosque, Turkish baths, cool shops, basilica cistern to name just a few - price was very fair compared to other hotels - large family room with ple - Location - Only a few minutes walk from the blue mosque and another few minutes will take you to Ayasofya and other major attractions. There was a mosque too right next to our room, but only for males. Market - we arrived on Wednesday and there was a market selling fruit, vegetables, cheeses and much more. A good way to save on food! They provide a small gas burner and basic cutlery, you might want to bring a small pocket knife.

  It is by far the best place I've stayed in Istanbul. It is ridiculously close to some of the main tourist attractions such as the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sofia. Although it is so close to the centre, the street is quiet and peaceful -and believe me, you will want some peace and quiet in Istanbul!   I spent 5 nights in YILMAZ apartment with my family from 11th Dec '13 to 16th Dec '13. The apartment is spacious, clean and very comfortable for families. The staff especially the manager was so humble and very helpful. I had a plan to walk to hotel from the nearest tram station, Cemberlitas; so I called the hotel from the tram 15 minutes before t... was die leute sagen » he I reach there to reconfirm the location of the hotel but the manager was so humble to come to the tram station and pick us from there. One night I - The apartment is new and clean with all the needed furnitures and etc are welly arranged, espacially for the kitchen. The place is new, so takes some times to get there but actually only takes 10-15mins to the mosques and the tram station.

  The staff was very nice and helpful. As I wasn't happy with the room in the basement, because it was too dark for me, I could change without any problem to a very nice room upstairs which was sunny with windows all around and sea view. Both rooms were clean with comfortable beds and with everything well functioning. Lovely view from the terrace where they serve B'fast. Staff helped us with tour bookings and gave good advise on how to accomplish everything in a short time.

  The location is great- right near the Blue Mosque, in the heart of Sultanahmet. The staff is really friendly and polite, thank you all for your hospitality! The rooms are well-equipped for this hotel rank. Breakfast is served on a sunlit terrace on the forth floor with fantastic view over the Old city. The price is reasonable, one won't regret staying at this hotel. - Everything was just perfect. It's a family hotel. The owner is very friendly and helpful and his son also. It's very well located and you can go walking to every touristic attraction and to dinner at night. We recommend it 100%!!
