  Location is incredible, a five minute walk from the beach. Our cliff side bungalows were beautiful and clean with amazing views. Check in and out were easy and hassle free.   Coming to Koh Phangan specifically for the full moon party, it was the perfect getaway from all the noise/obnoxious activity at Haad Rin. The staff were absolutely amazing from the moment we showed up on the property.. Getting a beach front bungalow is definitely worth it, as the view was beauutiful. Very secluded and quiet with a feel of being some place great because of all the comforts of a trendy hotel, but nobody there.

The elevator to take you up and down the hillside was an adventure in itself and not too much of a pain (as you have to wait five minutes at the bottom if you call it when it is at the top).   We stayed at Palita Lodge during the April 2013 Full Moon. The resort is located on the quieter end of the beach, and on nights other than the full moon, its only a short 5 minute walk from all the excitement. The full moon event occurs along the complete stretch of the beach, however the resort stays quiet and secure.   Amazing place!! At the north of the island which is argubly the most beautiful part. Set on the beach is such a great place to relax and unwind. Staff were friendly, restaurant sold mixture of food and the bar a great selection of cocktails. We've been travelling for 1 month in the South of Thailand doing Island hopping and this beach is by far the MOST BEAUTIFUL ever! The bungalows are spacious and clean and a good price for where it is. The veranda was a nice touch. Food at the restuarant is also yummy and nicely lit by night. This location is just AMAZING !!!! Don't miss it!

  I stayed for three nights and liked it very much. In combination with the price of 30e/night, I'm even giving it 5 stars (though for that money, naturally you're not getting one of the "private pool" suites but their smallest, still very comfortable double room.) I think it would be a small, but valuable improvement if the hotel manager s - Staff is really helpful and frienly. Hotel is located on a very beautiful and quiet beach, it´s almost like a paradise! Special thanks of the birthdaycake and sparkling wine at the breakfast on 3.10.2013! =) The villa(number 5) with pool and seawiev is great! We had a great week in this resort and we really recommend this hotel to everybody!
