good room and good shower near by every thing and clean.
Staff were extremely helpful and all very polite. The rooms were amazing and for such a little price too. I cannot speak highly enough of the service and all of the staff. The food from the restaurant is also to a very high standard and still cheap. All of the hotels facilities are also included in the price which with the roof top pool certainly adds a perfect relaxing recovering place! Booked again for a week already
You have to keep asking for wifi connection and didn't work in the room. The standard of the hotel should be offering free constant access in all areas
My review from my week earlier should say it all but just to add that this really is a great place to stay even if you are a couple looking for a place close to everything. There is an excellent pool room and separate bar for a quieter experience. I will return to see the many friends I made there.

I have been to Pattaya many times and stayed in many different hotels ,I have found the fourteen again hotel not only the best value for money but the friendliest staff there.the beds are huge the spa is big enough for at least three people the shower could fit ten people easy. I was made to feel welcome also the hotel is visitor friendly .Having a bar on site is great all facility's are A1 .close to everything great hotel .i am back in September and will be staying again .the hotel is not for family's however the sister hotel across the lane is (Interment Hotel) Cant wait to get back there

The staff was extremely cordial and went out of the way to help us. Very reasonably priced for the comfort (huge bed and jacuzzi). And the location was jus perfect for beach lovers lyk us. The receptionist Ammee was one of the best hostess I have come across. Also, the roof top swimming pool with cute little bar was great fun.
tv only had 20 odd channels...they should give more options in english channels
the room i had was great, nice big and clean, with a double spa bath in the bathroom and shower, if you haven't been to this hotel before, it's just off second rd opp soi 12, you have to check in at Intermate hotel, used to be Tim boutiqe hotel.
