The staffs are friendly and attentive to all our request and needs. A quite and peaceful environment for a night stay. The designs are modern, clean and new facilities. They even provide cool drinking water at the lobby for us to drink each time we came back to the hotel after a day trip. Conveniently located next to a 24hrs convenient store and easy access to restaurant nearby. Poppa Palace provides a great service for the price you pay. All of the staff were fantastic and the bar man even suggested we go to the night market in Phuket Town which we thought was fantastic. He was also very friendly and chatted to us a lot as did the waitress. Our rooms were lovely and clean and maintained daily. There was quite a large selection for breakfast which I found surprising given the price of our stay. We were happy to follow all of the hotels rules and request as it makes

Location is perfect, tour agency nearby, can purchase island hoping tour easily. Everything is new (stayed in the new block). Clean. Wifi is VERY fast and reliable, every floor has a router. Motorbike rental 250 baht a day (new bike). Next to a pharmacy.

Minivan to and from airport is 180 baht per person, every hour, pick up from hotel.

And the best thing about the hotel is the location, its located perfectly at the centre of Patong and its hidden inside a small alley which is only a 10m walk in. This is a great stop over for anyone visiting Bangkok. I spent almost a week there and enjoyed the warmth and friendly services. Great location to the Public Transport/BTS Sky Trains. Hotel is very clean, Spacious rooms, Gorgeous Bathroom.
