The place was amazing.. Although i did not stay in Haven Lagoon, I stayed at the Kris Condo due to some circumstances(but same owner and not far from Haven Lagoon). This hotel is in a great location on a main road. This hotel was very nice and updated. The WIFI was great in my room. If you are walking the beach may be a little distance, but not to far to walk. I rent a motorbike, it is the best way to see all of the area. Taxis and Tuk Tuk's are plentiful in this area of the hotel. -

A huge thank you to Claudio and his team for making our stay so enjoyable, we intitiallly booked for three nights but ended up staying for six. Room was small but was clean and had everything you needed such as air con and neat bathroom with clean sheets and towels daily. The hotel is at the back of a small side street, literally 100 meters from Patong beach. You can walk to Bangla Rd and all the great places to eat and go out in less than 10 mins so no need for a tuk tuk. Great value for money

The owner and crew are just awesome. If you are a Phuket newbie, DCC is the place to go. Get your bike, book your tours and so on. Thumbs up for the lovely staff!
I actually had to stay in another (fairly new) guesthouse opposite of DCC house, so not much to say about the guesthouse itself.
