  The hotel is a realy nice choice, we have spent 4 nights there and the location is very good away from the noise, room and bathroom sizes are realy big, I would realy recommend this hotel for honeymoon couple although it is a bit expensive. The staff is vey nice and my children loved them. The rooms are relatively large and it is located neaby the beach, which is walkable distance from this hotel, besides, the stuff members are all kind and did best that they could do.   We stayed at this hotel for last three nights before leaving the Sri- Lanka. As we have already visited all planned places of interest, we only needed a calm relaxing stay near the ocean. The rooms are large enough, well furnitured and clean. Though most of facilities looks used and are asking for update, everything works perfectly: a/c, fan, TV, ... was die leute sagen » shower etc. The restaurant has a good variety of dishes in the menu, buffet breakfast offers nice choice of food too. But what really impressed us was - Loved our stay here. The pool is clean. The bar has cold beer and the restaurant has a great atmosphere. The buffet breakfast is great. The staff were friendly and helpful.The rooms good, but we had little hot water if any some days. It is easy to get about Negombo with the many tuk tuks. Some good restaurants close by. I would recommend this hotel.

The buffet breakfast was excellent with an abundance of local produce on offer too.

  I was a solo traveler and liked the fact that it felt very safe there and like a bit of a sanctuary from the hustle and bustle of outside. There is an ayurvedic (a bit rustic, but no problem here) adjacent to the hotel which was great and there was a beach chair in front so if you want to get away from the other tourists it's possible to have your... was die leute sagen » own little space there. The front desk staff was very gracious and even sent out someone to get pain medication for me when I wasn't feeling well. - We arrived here in the evening after a tiring journey so the comfy beds were really appreciated. The room had a patio from which you could see and hear the sea, it's a beautiful view. The food was excellent and good value and the staff are really friendly and very helpful. We were here for 5 days sunbathing, reading books and swimming in the pool. I'd definitely stay here again and use it as a base for going further afield.
