Pacha Ibiza Club is a 20-minute walk from the resort, while Ibiza city centre is around 3.5 km away. Ibiza Port can be reached in a 10-minute drive, and boats to Formentera, Mallorca and Valencia leave from here.

The room was adequate and Georgia the concierge was most knowledgeable and friendly in advising us where to go and how to get to places. Big Bonus! Breakfast was superb and late too. Perfect. Loved the poolside and great service there. All in all, a very pleasant stay. The food was excellent, staff was very friendly and responsive, the pool area was fantastic. The entertainment in the evening during dinner time was excellent.

Public space was well designed and spacious. Pool and landscape. Decor,. The general areas of the hotel are very impressive - especially the pool and reception area. However, this fails to make up for the rest of the hotel. The rooms were very small. The bathroom flooded everytime you took a shower. The 'sea view room' was actually just a partial sea view. Open shower in the bedroom is not great the room is designed to be stylish not functional. Food and drink Is pricey although of high quality. Some of the waiters are too arrogant. Don't like paying 10 euro for bottle of water by the pool. We were expecting prices to be inflated but not for water. Short live music events. Reception staff were condescending. The room was AWFUL so so small and uncomfortable very bare bones as well!. Small rooms are just just 2 small for 2 persons. Rooms were in slight poor condition for the age. Bed were to soft. Rooms were tiny and claustrofobic. Mini bar was ridiculously expensive (can of beer for € 11!). Shower was for leprechauns and the sink was covered by the tap so all water spilled over. Small rooms, not good view from our room, problems with shower. It was on a flight path, every few minutes!!!!. The bedrooms are shocking. We were staying in a twin room, which barely had enough space for two people, nevermind suitcases. The room was filthy, the bathroom was filthy and just grubby all over. For 450euro a night the accommodation is a disgrace - and so very disappointing. The pictures they used on their website to advertise the rooms were computer generated images - and did not bear even a vague resemblance to the actual accommodation.
