  This is a wonderful place to stay! Our apt was clean and it had everything we needed. Nice location, walking distance to restaurants, and for sightseeing. Most important was the hospitality of Cristina.she was awesome! She helped us with details from the airport, places of interest to see, and when our flight was cancelled and moved to the next da... was die leute sagen » y, she made sure we could we stay another night. If we get to Seville again, we would stay there again!! - Spacious apartment (no8) in the middle of Santa Cruz area, walking distance from all the major attractions. Christine made us welcome and provided us with a guide and map to her favourite tapas bars and restaurants. The roof terrace is a great place to relax on a warm evening. The apartment has a comfortable sitting/dining area with balcony windows on two sides. The kitchen is fully equiped including a washing machine, radiant hob and microwave.

  Love love love this hotel! Javier, the owner is the nicest sweetest most helpful person! He is always around throughout the weekdays and if you ask him for something he does it right away. The apartment is large and beautiful and cleaned everyday including the dishes! The location is amazing, though it takes a couple tries to realize the quickest paths to everything. The cathedral, giralda, alc - Location was superb. Central Seville was within easy walking distance. There are heaps of bars and tapas places very close by for meals. The super market is 50-100mtrs up the road and there is even a French bakery selling gorgeous bread just a few shops away. The apartment we had was a studio and was quite compact but generally well equipped. The bathroom was a good size. It was nice that there was a reception of sorts, with someone onsite to answer our questions. Definitely make time to

  The apartment's location is excellent for enjoying Seville's old town. We visited during the week of the April Fair, very much enjoying the costumes and party atmosphere. The weather was warm, so we enjoyed the air conditioning. It was set too cold but we figured out how to moderate the temperature. The apartment is convenient to the city bus system for transport into and - Very good position, really in the heart of Sevilla. The apartment was clean, elegant and as described on the web site. We had a 2 bedrooms apartment that with two small children was perfect for us and cheaper than any other option. The staff at the reception was very friendly and let us leave the apartment in the afternoon due to no other bookings, that allows us to spend the last day in the city more relaxed. I strongly recommend it!

  The apartments are great – clean, quiet and cosy with a fridge, a cook and utensils (no washing machine though). The staff at the reception (which is not 24 hours) spoke excellent English and communication was easy. The man at the reception who registered us was really helpful and kind. It is so close to the central bus station and hence so convenient to travel to and from the airport or another city. It is close to the center and shops nearby. The guy at the reception spoke English and was very helpful. We will definitely stay there again.
