The host has been wonderful, and honorable. The place is close to train station and Nervion centre ( # 32, 5 & A4 bus stations are close by which take you to airport, train station and city center etc.). The place is exceptionally clean. Though the bed is small but it's very comfortable for a good night's sleep. Cafes are nearby too.I sure will consider coming back if I/we'll come again to Servilla. alle bewertungen »
Distance to city centre was much closer than we thought, so it was a surprise when we arrived without realizing it. Neighborhood looked sketchy, but turned out to be just fine. Room was comfortable and clean. Found parking right in front, and didn't have to move the car for 2 days!.
Prices of a hotel in the suburbs, but 2 min walk from the city underground, which means that you were in center of the city in 15 minutes. Really good value for money. Friendly staff and everything perfect in the room.
- The staff is very helpful, cheerful and nice though English is limited.
- The room is spacious and there is a balcony. We liked the view.
- The speed in using internet in the room is satisfactory.
Clean, friendly accommodation in quiet leafy area of Seville right next to the Seville futbol stadium. Air conditioning and new bathrooms offer excellent value in this price range.

Soundproofing may be a problem for an old building. But it's not a problem for me.
No lift... but we were helped up the stairs with our bags!.
- No lift, very inconvenient for bulky lugguage.
- We stayed in 1/F, the noise from the street caused a little bit disturbance even till midnight.
- Easy accessible for travelling, shopping and eating.
Area could be a bit noisy on match days.
A longer foodwalk to the main city.
