  our first room smelled of tobacco; when we complained they immediately switched us to a better room. The staff was extremely helpful and kind despite not having great language skills. The lobby or lounge was very pleasant to hang out in (and use wifi). - The location is good.

  Absolutely fantastic stay, at one of the best prices in town. Lots of hot water in the shower, spotlessly clean, modern decor. Somehow the presence of the citchen was not stated either in the description of the room or on the photo of it. Rooms are nice and clean, decent enough size, WiFi worked fine without issues. The couple who run the hotel are extremely helpful, as well as being very enthusiastic about Salamanca and its history.

  We liked that the guy who runs it speaks perfect english. He is very helpfull pointing out where free parking is and where the most important sight seeying spots are. - The staff is friendly and the location is very convenient. The hostel is very clean.
