  Etwas oberhalb der Stadt in einem Wohngebiet gelegenes Hotel; ohne besondere Atmosphäre, aber gut ausgestattet und sauber mit schönem Swimmingpool.   I really appreciated the warmth of the welcome, the owner had learnt English later in life - again appreciated his efforts. He gave good recommnedations on where to go to eat and drink. The rooms were small but spotlessly clean and very warm. Breakfast consisted of copious amounts of fresh bread and butter, ham, cheese, honey, toast and a fried eg... was die leute sagen » g, packet croissants and madeleine cakes, and a large pot of fresh coffee with an even larger jug of warm milk. Set me up for the day! - I felt most welcome and every effort was made to ensure my comfort. I appreciated the efforts made by the staff on reception to make sure I had any information I might need. Maps and advice on places of interest and restaurants etc was offered on arrival. The breakfast provided was excellent and was served in a friendly and attentive manner. All staff including the staff cleaning the rooms were friendly and greeted one with a smile.
