The Complex was quiet with no noise. It is perfect for a peaceful break, ideal for reading and relaxation. Easy access to the beach and also the supermarket is close by. The pool is acclimatized and a decent depth for swimming. Receptionist Pammie checked our flights and booked Taxi for us, very organised. The complex is very quiet and very private. Staff are very friendly and the maid service is excellent. We enjoy the position of the site, being one end of 'the strip' and close to the beach ' Los Possilos'.
alle bewertungen » Nice sea views, very comfortable bed, quite location, free tv unlike some self catering in lanzarote where you have to feed the telly with euros. Good budget holiday , would book again. I loved the size of the apartment but would have loved to be in Bloque 6 with sea view. The cleaning staff were excellent and the surrounds outside were beautifully maintained. The location was super for beaches, the bus stops a few yards from front gate, plenty of restaurants in the area. Staff very friendly and helpful. Would stay there again. Loved the location, so close to the beach. Very clean also and great facilities. Pammie at reception very helpful. Very clean , quiet , location. 5 star treatment thank you. cleanliness of everything. Reception operates part time but there were no unforseen problems . A little put out that free Wifi is not available on site, as it is in virtually every bar/restaurant in Puerto del Carmen. I had to come back to this cold weather, and go back to work :( would go back tomorrow :). The armchairs were very, very uncomfortable and as we had bad backs we ended up using the dining chairs all the time! Also, the sliding door on the second bathroom was not suitable and gave no privacy to the person using it as the door did not fully cover the opening. Nothing! Loved it all. that we did not have a washing machine in the apartment. We thought that by paying for a superior apartment with sea view we were getting a front-line apartment facing onto the beach - not so! Pictures were misleading - we had a side view of sea. No beach towels. furniture A bit tired looking. Beds were a bit small. Bed , no coffeemachine , no musquitowindow !!! Old faschion,no salt and pepper , cleaningmaterials.
