  Extrem freundliches und hilfreiches Personal. Das Hotel ist eigentlich eine Mehrzimmerwohnung im 3. Stockwerk und hat eine nette familiäre Atmosphäre. Die Betten sind zwar nur 1,90 m lang, aber die Matratzen sind okay. Und die zentrale Lage (direkt bei U-Bahn-Station Opera) ist einfach super! - Wonderful view. Great location. Breakfast at the hig... was die leute sagen » h class restaurant below the location is limited but usual for Spain. Nice staff and owner. Very different to commercial establishments in as much as it is a converted apartment and was very interesting for us, a mature couple. We were placed in a huge room at no extra cost. Very clean. Quite an experience for us even !though we know Madrid well. - The biggest bonus of this little family-run place is its unrivalled location facing the Royal palace. Staff are very responsive and punctual and the place has the charm of a 18th century building.
