  The hotel was in the perfect location. Very close to the museums, plazas, restaurants and shops. It was much better than we expected for such a low price! They cleaned the room every day and the hotel was very quiet. We highly recommend! - great small hostal with really nice helpful service!!! Location is perfect to explore the city by foot.

  Das Zimmer und die Einrichtung ist super, super schön! sehr modern und das Hotel liegt sehr Zentral, obwohl Zentrum ist gleich aufpassen mit Dieber... Wir hatten ein kleines Schreck draussen gehabt, am Mittagszeit, aber ist zum Glück nichts schlimmes passiert. - Die Mitarbeiter des Hotels waren sehr bemüht uns in schwierigen Situationen nach Kräfte... was die leute sagen » n zu unterstützen - siehe unten. Very safe parking facilities on site. Very close to Royal Palace - free to EU citizens most afternoons. Close to metro . Small supermarket on the same street and super bar next door that we used for takeaways

Good restaurants just across the street. We are 70 and had to walk up one flight of stairs only. The manager got our bags and was so helpful. Our own bathroom, very quiet and safe area. Not luxury, but very adequate and so inexpensive...we stayed two nights before our tour of Spain started and would stay here again for longer!

  from the time we got there they made us feel like home, everybody was extremely nice and polite with us. I was traveling with my mom and we felt like we were with family form the lobby until the kitchen everyone is so helpful, the locations is great you go to the terrace and you have the Royal Palace right on from of you. we were like 5 minutes wa... was die leute sagen » lking to the public transportation. I will recommend it to all of my friends. jus make sure if you want to be used the terrace at night make reservati - The Hotel was bright and vibrant and the staff were always friendly and helpful. The room itself was a good size and was comfortable with plenty of storage space. The Shower had plenty of hot water and good pressure. Breakfast was not quite a full English but good by European standards. Location was super for direct transfers from the airport on the C1 train (2.50€) then less than 5 minutes walk. Location also excellent for Old City and you can catch a train direct to Atocha station (1.60€),

Could walk to all major sights from there. Nice and clean place.
