The rest of the staff non-existent - Perfect location, design of the hotel. Parking: This is not a downside of the hotel, but be prepared that it is indeed as difficult as described by others! The hotel can be found easily with a gps, but the streets are extremely (!) narrow, and it is very likely that you need to back out about 300 m unless driving a really small car. There is absolutely no parking in front of the hotel or in a street nearby, making the hotel a quiet and peaceful place in the ancient city.

  Very friendly greeter, Marta, met us at apartment and got us set up. Hard to find, as others noted, but once we found it, it is so easy to get around the city from this location. The apartment was clean, had everything we needed, very modern, updated. If you're driving there, please note our suggestion on parking. 1) You need to call reception 30 minutes prior to arrival for them to help you with parking availability nearby. There is no parking on site. 2) And you'll need to pack light since you'll be carrying your luggage across cobbled streets to apartment for about 5-10 minutes from parking garage.

  The hotel is beautiful and very much a private oasis despite being just two blocks from the cathedral and Real Alcazar. My room on the first floor (#3) had a private, shaded, large terrace with lovely plantings, a table, and chairs. WiFi worked well in my room. I was never there at the right time to enjoy it but they serve an afternoon tea each d... was die leute sagen » ay in the same central atrium where also is offered a tasty, fresh breakfast (or I might have had either on my terrace). The reception staff, especial - Highly impressed with the hotel and the exceptional service of each and every staff, specially Marta. The staff were friendly and very helpful, they had everything at the tip of their fingers and guided us in the best possible way in terms of tours and other things. We stayed here for two nights and thoroughly enjoyed every bit. We would love to return to Casa Seville if we go back to Seville. Thanks Marta and team for looking after us and making us feel at home.
