The - Although no staff appeared to be onsite, we could phone or email the office for assistance. Raquel was very helpful, she made sure we had a kettle and top floor apartment as we requested. She also ordered us a taxi to take us back to the airport. The apartment was extremely well equipped and the location was convenient for a good choice of restaurants, cafes and grocery shops.The museums, art galleries, Gran Via and Sunday market are all within easy walking distance.
