Man sollte aber in der Beschreibung darauf hinweisen und auch darauf, daß der Parkplatz gebührenfrei ist.   I am a bit loathed to recommend this apartment as we will almost certainly wish to visit it again and don't want to find it fully booked! Location great: Quiet area but with bars/restaurants close. 5 min walk to airport shuttle bus, 10 min walk to Plaza de Espana, 15 min walk (through Barrio Santa Cruz) to the Cathedral & the Alcazar. We stayed 5 pple for 3 nights at a price which I found to be extremely good value (abt 15 eur/person/night). OK so it was November/low season, but still best value for money accommodation I have seen in

The shower was excellent and the bathroom decoration was very pleasant (i.e nice colored tiles specific for Seville). The internet works well as well.

First this was fantastic advice and next we arrived and we cannot express our delight, gratitude and pleasure with the kindness and comfort we received. We got a room in the 3rd floor, the top floor. Maybe that is why we didn't hear any noise from any of the other rooms. It was clean in the room and in the bathroom. Plus with elevator.
