That wasn't a problem for us as it was just some 200 meters away and we were offered the same conditions. A woman at the front desk was very helpful and voluntarily gave us a lot of information about the history of the city, what to do and what to see. She was great. The location was good, too. It's within walking distance to both Alcazar and Seville Cathedral.
