We immediately felt welcome when we came in the door and were offrered a glass of Cava. The staff was extremely helpful and professional; the location is within walking distance of some of the best points of interest in Barcelona...the Ramblas, the Cathedral, Catalunya Square, etc. We loved the breakfast buffet that had great variety. This hotel is a great value!!

This was a return visit to this hotel after a cruise and we were delighted that we had decided to stay there. The staff, the location, the breakfast buffet, the cleanliness and the special treatment we received was greatly appreciated. We would highly recommend this hotel!!!

Room walls are paper thin - you hear every smallest noise from the corridor or other rooms. Had a bit of a service issue. Ordered an ironing board on evening. It was never brought. Next morning at 10 I ordered it once more. Nothing. One hour later I caled again. Still nothing. Then another 30 min later I called again and then 10 min alter I got my ironing board. Not very nice experience.

Very helpful staff, a welcoming glass of Cava, clean and well presented decor. Breakfast is excellent, with good selection of hot and cold dishes. Wireless is provided free of charge.

I loved the hotel and where it was situated in the City of Barcelona. The staff were lovely and pleasant at all times. The hotel was very clean and very quite. The breakfast was really great and we really enjoyed our 4 nights there. Have already recommended to a lot of work friends who plan to visit Barcelona.
The only down side was that when booking you are not sure how big the room is? It was ok but really the Architects did not leave much room to move between the bed and the window and that really irked me as I was sleeping on the other side of the bathroom/Shower.

I can highly recommend this trendy hotel.The staff are friendly and knowledgable, rooms are clean and comfortable and we had a beautiful view over the city, from our balcony, plus a nespresso machine. Breakfast was excellent and this was leisure combined with business. We stayed in this 4 star hotel for leisure and thereafter went to a 5 star hotel where our conference were, but this 4 star hotel was much better than the 5star. Thus don't let the stars confuse you!
The location was excellent as where the staff.
The hotel was not really suitable for children. Pool and pool area very small so became busy very quickly. The glass doors and sides for the bathroom made it very uncomfortable.
Great room, great breakfast, fantastic location and most helpful staff. They even let us store our luggage when we returned from our cruise even though we hadn't booked a room that night

Very disappointed as it states a swimming pool, but you can't swim in it. It is 1m deep, 2m wide and 7m long incl. the steps!!! The swimming pool was the reason why I booked this hotel for my kids :-(

The Staff were excellent. They helped us arrange a taxi for the group of 8 to the airport. The free champayne upon arrival and free breakfast were very nice. They also recommended a local restaurant - Casa Alfonso which was excellent. Two very good opera style singers sang a couple of songs. Highly recommend the hotel and restaurant!!
The rooms were a bit small but comfortable. Full size bed for my wife and I and all of our luggage.

The staff were extremely helpful and very friendly. I can't praise them enough. The breakfast was excellent The location was very central which meant we could walk to a lot of visitor attractions and restaurants. It was extremely good value for money.
Our room was on the front of the hotel facing a busy road so our sleep was a bit disturbed, we asked for a quieter room which we were given but decided to stay where we were because it was a bigger room.
Everything was just perfect. From checkin with friendly staff and a glass of cava to very nice room with a fantastic view. Very good location in the centre.

Hotel is located 5 minutes walk from Tetuan Metro Station, and 7 minutes walk from Placa Catalunya. Room was really nice, clean and tidy. Shower was really good. Breakfast selection was very good. Soundproof room, was really good, since we stayed while St. Joan holiday took place.
WiFi in my room (last floor, 7) was not too strong. I think the hotel should mention that the Safe in the room is not free of charge (was 2.20 euro).

Food in the restaurant was horrible - made us sick and was extremely limited in choices.
The staff were amazing, the hotel was well located and the breakfast set us up nicely for a day of sightseeing. Would definitely stay again. The glass of cava on check in was a great touch.
