Apartment was very clean, nice and homely. Bed was comfortable, so we slept well there... you can hear normal sounds of living from the neighborhood, so it was not so quiet or noisy. Kitchen was complete, only we missed was coffee machine, there was yes espresso cooker. Bathroom and shower was very nice, but there was only one small shelf for things (it is over the toilet!) and there would be another rack for hanging clothes or towels. I liked the location of the apartments in Barceloneta which is a vibrant area. Lots of bars and restaurants just a short walk away. The beach front is only a few steps from this apartment. We have stayed in Barceloneta before and will most definitely be returning to this property.
The location was really good for us. Because we could wake up in the morning and enjoy the beach, then later travel around the city with easy transport access. Near of supermarket, restaurants and the beach.
During the night we didn`t have problems with noise.

An amazing little authentic cafe opposite serves the most divine food for excellent prices. And nothing to beat it for atmosphere.

We loved the location, right next to the beach. Easy access to local markets, subway. The check-in process is easy and quick. On top of that, Alexis let us check in early at 11am.
This is a nice & clean apartment where everything was in order. A great location by the beach and not too far away from the city center.
Loved the location would definitely stay here again. Short walk to restaurants, market, harbour etc. Lots to do and see.
We leaved on the attic/top flor, very nice apartment for a couple, nice view, good kitchen, aircondition, not noisy.

It was in a great location,close to beach, and easy to get any where. apartment was v. clean and adequate facilities.
just near the Platja Barcelona and easy to go around everything are there. Wifi is clear and quick conecting.

We are a fairly fit couple in our fifties. Our apartment was on the fourth floor with very narrow steps and no lift. It would not suit the elderly or anyone who has trouble with stairs.
If someone would like to enjoy more the town, then I do not recommend. It`s not really far away, but would be practical to find something in the center.
Taxis prone to overcharge if not carefully monitored.

Man, that is the narrowest staircase I have ever seen in my life. It barely fit an normal size person like me. It is no way you can carry a large suitcase up for 4 floors by myself. Need to have 2 people to do it, 1 front 1 back. After all, it is not too bad.

The stairs ere very small, no elevator in the building -it was hard to carry the laguage to the top flor.

No elevator (the apartment was on the 5th floor), narrow stairs, only one and very small window to the seaside, which can only be seen from a specific angle.
Apartment was on 4th floor, no lift. Air conditioning wouldn't work and when I asked Alexis(manager) to fix it, he said it would be fixed next day but it was never fixed. This made night heat v uncomfortable.We could have done with more towels also and bed linen. We were given only one shower towel per person for the four days.
Toilet cover is noise, old towel only a set for the whole five days, the steps are too narrows.
Narrow stairs - rather dangerous, esp. For elderly people; the rooms are
very small, the adveritsed "see view" - non-existent; the
furniture - cheap ikea stuff and rather dirtz (with nasty stains on the
sofas); Wireless did not work and though I reported this per sms
immediately it was repaired on my last day of stay.
Very small apartment, the bathroom is tiny, shower is dirty, no facilities for guest to store luggage.
