The BandB is perfectly located, within walking distance of both the centre and the Waterfront, as well as some restaurants. The place itself is lovely, safe and spotless, decorated with a lot of thought and love. - Everything is in walking distance from La Rose. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The hotel staff is very friendly and forthcoming. There is no need to look any further. Highly recommended for young and old.

  Our hosts were excellent, they were always on hand to help and ensure that we had the best possible stay, not only in their b&b but in Cape Town as well. The décor is wonderful and the breakfasts are delicious, made to personal order and substantial. There is an excellent local - The Chocolate House is an old beauty with excellent hosts, Lee and Johan. They made our holiday super-special. The atmosphere is welcoming, warm and hearty, the rooms are spacious, tastefully decorated and have personality, the breakfast was just delicious. It is a jump away from Devils Peak and it's located in a safe area, 5 min. to the city centre! We spent 11 fabulous days in the Chocolate House and we definitely will come back! And last not least there was Versace, who delighted my heart!
