This was a delightful place to stay in a lovely tastefully furnished Victorian Lodge. We were made very welcome and nothing was too much to ask during our 4 day stay. I have stay at this hotel each year for a week for business. I noticed this time that the same staff are still working there. I think this says a lot about staff turnover. The staff are very positive always happy to hep, nothing is ever to hard. I had an issue with a pick up being late and it was dealt with quickly and the transport manager was waiting for me to apologise for the error. This hotel is a beautiful place and when you are here you are treated as family, a pleasure staying

The whole experience from the welcome at the gate followed by a cold
beer and suggestions for eating and excursions to the checkout
arrangements that included the opportunity to shower and change before
heading off to the airport was great. All these little touches made for
a very relaxing stay at the end of almost a month toruing South Africa.

We had our wedding at Cellars-Hohenort hotel followed lunch at the Conservatory restaurant - excellent service from arrival till departure. Highly efficient and organised. Beautiful hotel with stunning gardens filled with the smell of roses and jasmine. Food was simply magnificent and wine list of course impressive. Cant wait to go back.

We were overnighting prior to a long flight the next day to Dubai/Kabul. This could not have been a nicer stay. Car parked, check in seamless, room very nice. Our view was an ocean view which was great. The convenience to the waterfront activities and shopping was excellent. Late night coffee and cake in front of the fireplace was superb. The breakfast buffet was possibly the best we have had, just fabulous. Staff were all on their game, excellent service.
