  I came to Bratislava by train and I needed a hotel near the railway station. And Freddie was exactly what I needed. Not a luxury hotel, but just 3 minutes walk from the station, spacious and clean room, very friendly staff, super breakfast. I'm only sorry that I had no time to stay longer than just two nights. Hostel is clean and friendly and the common rooms are great spaces to relax. There is a washing machine. The studio room we had came with a kitchenette and towels. Unlike other reviewers, we did not have to pay for towels. Hostel seems new so everything was pretty good.

  Very close to the station, about a mile from the old town. The bar in the basement gave this a friendly feel and the noise was not too noticeable in the rooms. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The kitchen was well equipped and well organised, good for making a cup of tea or cooking a full meal. - Nice staff.   We stayed for 4 nights there and it was really great! Before going there we searched for any feedback, but the hotel is just from 2010! All was new in our room and very very clean! We had a FREE transfer from Bratislava airport! The hotel is 500 metres from Main train station and we went to the centre on foot! It was possible in 15-19 minutes!   Juraj as a host was everything and more than you could ask for, never have I been made to feel so welcome and relaxed when stay anywhere. At Jurajs hostel you will find all amenities you would have at home, wifi and some very friendly rabbits. The hostel is located a short walk from the train, bus station and historical Old Town. He gaves us some maps that were really useful and some advices as well for places to visit. He knows a lot about the city and the country so don´t doubt to asking him things about the town. The hostel has a great location and it´s really quiet so you can actually rest and sleep in comfortable beds.

  This pension is every bit as good as a hotel but cheaper! It is slightly out of the old city but very well located for the rail station. The staff were friendly, the room was excellent hotel-standard with a large en suite and the WiFi was reliable. There was a hard wire connection too which was much better than you usually get.   We had a very nice stay at Bastion Apartments. As described, it is located in a quiet part of town, only a 30 minute walk away from its center. The room was spacious and clean, and breakfast comes in a large variety with large portions. You don't need a taxi to get to the hotel and get ripped off 15 Euros by the taxi drivers All you need is the 61 bus outside the airport and its about 20 minutes ( its the last stop)for only 90 cent.
