- internet is not free of charge - there is no room cleaning service - a little bit far from the public transportation (calling taxi is a must)
It was amazing, the apartment was spotless and so comfortable and really well furnished, the location was not too far away from the centre. Everything was top class.

When we got an apartment finally after 2 days, it was very nice as usual: clean, big, all you need to have.
- the hotel was advertised as an apartment and we have got a hotel room. There are only 3 in the building and that was our ''lack''. Since I stayed there many times I didn't even look at the description, as it was always a nice apartment. So when I arrived in the room, I was shocked that that's even possible. We have got an appartment after 2 days complaining ( I was staying there all week for business). I had to pay additional fee/ night. Very annoying.

Was asking non smoking, but got room on smoker floor, and honestly could feel this smoke in room. The Staff Should carefully read comments on booking reservation !
Good locations, 35 minute walk to the old town. A supermarket on the first floor complex and some restaurants right there as well.
We think we heard rats or mice running in the walls several times, in the kitchen area. Did not see anythig, just a bit unnerving. Also, room wasn't done too well, had to ask for toilet paper, but overall clean.

That gussets must pay for the parking , in my opinion I think parking should be free for the hotel gussets or at least they should get a lower price like 30zt/day not 79zt/day thats too much :) its only my opinion

The hotel was excellent for the price. It had everything you could need for a long weekend a truly great value.
We did find a used towel in a drawer that was stained and used to clean something up.

The room and the building are very modern, everything is clean, total security, calm inside, the staff is very professional.
Maybe the absence of their own pool but basically nothing to say, everything is good.

a little far from bus or tram stops and surranding quite fare from modern center however you may visit easly authentic remins of Warsaw Gettho area and Warsaw Uprising Museum
Apartment has all facilities required, good standard.
AC did not make any effect. It blows but does not cool. Kitchen could benefit from simple spatula for cooking.

staffs very helpful and welcoming the location was great, quiet and in the same time close to the city center (about 15 to 20 mins) by walk. apartment very clean, kitchen fitted with all items (you can prepare your food with your place) JYM in the 1st floor, cofe shop and restaurant within the building worth for money I will stay again in the same place

You can use the facilities of the Hilton - the bar, the business centre free of charge, the health club for a small fee.
My room on the 17th floor was too high up and I couldn't sleep properly. I tried to change to a lower floor but there were no free rooms available.

We have stayed here before. The Hotel is great and very well priced. Apartments are very nice and spacious. Services in the building are outstanding and the staff is extremely friendly
unfortunately, our apartment smelled of moist. Probably some leakage in the kitchen which started to smell. And the airco didnt work while it was quite hot. They said airco isnt included....but when you have been there before and know that there is airco, you also expect it to work....
So nice apartment, clean , staff is so kindly , good view , so nice location and quite place for relax.

The rooms are stunningly designed, clean & spacious. The Homes Place is perfectly situated and the array of places to dine in below the apartments is perfect.
A group of loud mouth, beer guzzlers gave me a rather unsavoury welcome from their first floor balcony - very brave - and it tainted my first few hours a little.

Poor sound isolation: sounds of love-making from rooms around were quite impressive. Towels were not changed until two phone calls to the reception!
