  The location is nice, close to the center, to the port where Hurtigruten ferry docks and overllooking the sea. The two rooms we rent - very clean - were quiet, bright and sufficiently spacious.   What a wonderful place. Gorgeous views, amazing room (with fjord view), great breakfast, all was excelent. One of my best experiences in Hotels in Norway. It is best if you have a car to get all the way up there, though. Or maybe catch the bus? Don't know. I even got to experience snow in the afternoon and clear sunny day the next morning. Overall, it's pricy, but the stunning view might be priceless, so it's worthwhile to stay overnight.

  WE loved the reception we received from Thomas - he was sincerely helpful, cheerful and friendly. We asked for an extra heater and he brought it over almost immediately. He offered information and helpful suggestions eg when we asked about fishing and was available at all times. Excellent value for money, friendly and helpful staff but what makes it unique is LOCATION. Facilities are also good, free parking, wifi works well, coin laundry.
