  The staff were awesome they accommodated us to the best of their ability with helping out with storage of our bags, access to Internet and with getting around the city. They also helped us with transport to the airport with a special deal. They were also very friendly and always chatting to us which was great! I definitely recommend this place and I would recommend getting a room in the lodge. The lodge rooms are perfect but maybe I am just biased because the decor was my kind of thing.   I like it because they are always very friendly - which is always a plus to me - the location is great, it is clean and has everything I need for a good price. - Reception friendly & helpful. We got there at 9.30am as we were going to a cricket match, and were able to check in & leave our car there for the day.

  We absolutely loved our stay at The Museum Hotel and didn't want to leave. I read so many varying reviews on the hotel before making the booking and after staying here can confidently say that it was one of the nicest places we have ever stayed. Also, despite the very central location, my room was very quiet.   The front desk staff were very friendly and really went out of their way to help us. We found the 2 bedroom townhouse very comfortable and clean and perfect for us as a family with a young child. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again. - These well appointed units are so central. With views of the surrounding hills and Wellington Harbour we were delighted. The units have everything you could possibly expect. They are spacious, light and very comfortable. We will stay again. They do have reception and you can reserve parking spaces.

It would've been a lot less stressful if I'd had directions to the park next door from the start.   I really liked the convenience of the location - right by Lambton Quay and Queen's Wharf, but not far from Courtney Place etc either. We had a nice, quiet room that was spacious and well laid out. It was great having a shower that wasn't over a bath (safer!). The beds were really comfortable. The air-conditioning was quiet. Taxis were very handy, ... was die leute sagen » right at the door. We only had a fleeting visit, so did not have time to check out the other facilities of the hotel. - Efficient location, good room layout for a small Studio style, all staff were very friendly and acknowledged us - from the reception to the staff tending to the rooms & in the service lift to cap park. As ex Wellingtonians, it was great to find somewhere stylish but modest where we now know we can have a good stay in the city at a good rate for a weekend. - Room was clean, comfortable and adequate for our needs. Access to and from carpark facility was excellent, safe and secure although it was a little tight in places especially if you own a large car. We ordered the full buffet breakfast. The selection of food available was excellent and the discounted price was an added bonus. Staff were friendly and inviting.

  I love these serviced apartments. Second time to stay last weekend, payed for a smaller room and still had all the extra features!!!!! With airport closures due to stormy weather I was unable to make my first night at the hotel and the hotel swiftly changed my booking on the day with no extra charge. Convenient loading zone right outside on Lambton Quay for getting luggage out of taxi. On Lambton Quay, go through the door for the Travelex, then around to the right to take lift to third floor reception.
