  I like everything about this hotel. All of the staff was totally outstanding and helpful in every way. Thank you Luis and Patricia. It was very clean and well maintain....everything was spotless. Everything is arranged in a perfect way. Besides nice hotel service he also provided lots of advice and suggestion about the trip around Merida area. He mention that if he is not very busy he could also drive the guest for a day trip near by of course with very reasonable charge.   Swimming pool Food Room - The buffet at the restaurant was great and reasonably priced. The bed was comfortable, and I was able to watch a Sunday Night Football game, although the reception made it look like a snowstorm and it was in spanish. It was clean and sufficient for the night.
