  We literally just needed a bed and a shower between arriving at KLIA at 22:00 and being at LCCT the next morning for a 7:00 flight out. James was friendly and understanding with the late night check in and very early check out. We managed to have a quick breakfast before James drove us to get the bus to LCCT which was fast and convenient. (We t... was die leute sagen » ook a taxi from KLIA which took about 40mins. The drive + bus to LCCT took about 30mins). Room was simple but clean and had what we needed. - Really helpful and friendly, the cleanest Asian hotel I have ever stayed in, breakfast was excellent and enough to keep me going till dinner, hosts took time to advise me on sight seeing tips, directions and maps, it is convenient to both airports, bus and train, cheap eateries a 5 minute walk away plus hair and beauty salons at reasonable prices a great way to relax before a long haul flight. Will definitely stay there next trip.

  As it was 1.30am when I finally arrived at the hotel, it was a great relief to be treated with such kindness and consideration as I was cold and tired. I had a slight bout of the flu and was not feeling very well.
