  The room is good and comfortable, equiped with almost all the necessity like body soap, shampoo, toothbrush, toothpaste, vanity stuff and hair dryer. The bed is comfortable too! (no it is not a 5 star hotel so don't expect perfection) but it is well - i like the suite..so comfortable and feels like you are in your own appartment..the.facilities in the suite also fullfil my needs..all the important things that you need in a house is in the suite..very good right? the breakfast that they provide are also very nice ..many choices of food n beverages.the pool is in cool deco..style..the gym also.

Next stay will be Grand Paragon Hotel JB again...

But overall, given me a choice, I wouldnt mind coming back here for a go - The overall room was spacious with simple yet trendy design. I particularly like the beige/dark brown color scheme. The rooms were just nice and comfortable and well equipped. There were toothbrush, shaver and even cotton buds :) Breakfast was excellent. I love dim sum so I didn't taste other food. Overall experience was great. I wish I had more time to relax, enjoy the breakfast, the swimming pool etc. Would recommend this place for family day accommodation.

Free Wi-Fi is available at every level except the rooms which is more convenient than many hotels where you can only get it at the lobby level.   We stayed 7 nights at the hotel. It has a wonderful set of young and very helpful staff. We very much enjoyed our stay at the hotel and we commend it for the excellent breakfast. Two are within walking distance. - Friendly staffs, all basic things like towel, toothbrush, tv with programmes to watch, the hotel is nicely designed. Extra door before the lift for extra security. Lift buttons are touch sensors, very cool. Basin for handwash before lift. The basin is just what I need when my hands are oily from the breakfast in the hotel.

  The view requested was received for one of my rooms out of two which saw the whole city. The cleanliness was good overall in the rooms. The staff were very friendly and helpful. One perticular staff at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was ok. The shower was awesome. There was a good Indian/Malaysian restaurant newrby the Hotel (just behind the petrol Station). - Front staffs are good although it's not all of them. Our room is very clean, comfortable, and spacy. Everything looks good and new. I really like the bathroom because it has a bathtub with clean, spacy, and modern style. It also has a weigher so you can check your luggage(s) weight if you have a flight after that. Really great hotel since it's relatively cheap if you look to what you get. Overall, this hotel looks good and clean.
