I liked the friendly staffs. And the convenient location for a guest without own transports. The beautiful flowers at the reception counter welcome the guests--truly appreciable. The small, but cosy hotel rooms are clean and well furnished. It's worth and value for money. My short stay in Cameroon Highland will remain a memorable holiday for Hotel Rainbow. location close to all type of farms, strawberry, honey, tea...close to Market and resaurant.
One member of staff went out of his way to attend to us.

The location is very strategic. Convenience store, Brinchang food court,
clinic, Guardian, kfc is all very nearby. 5 mins walking to the night
market. Room is clean & family room is quite spacious for 4 people,
the fan blowing cool even on lower speed.
The best about this hotel is the location. You can go to the night
market, go crazy with all the cheap vege within walking distance.
All things and attraction's spots can be reached in walking distance. Comfy bed with nice bed sheets.
location, although the check in was at 2 pm we were allowed to check in at 7.30 am, free internet.

maids do not fully clean the rooms for new guests such as not changing the towels, providing toiletries and so on.
Housekeeping tried to open door even before check out time....hope its
only a mistake and not to 'tell' us to check out faster...

Very hard to find a parking spot. Tips: go to the back of the hotel,
might lucky to get parking. No coffee making facilities provided, we had
to go down to the reception to request for cups. Telephone's room is
not working either.
The cleanliness is a bit poor. The room a bit smelly.
This hotel served no breakfast. With very limited public parking lots.

Parking is an issue if staying there during holiday season. Room is a bit small though for the price that was paid for.

Room was not cleaned at all. They only emptied the trash, gave new soaps and towels. Floor was still dirty.
Room rate RM180 not value for money as the room is cramp.
1-the room is very small
2- a little bit expensive compare than the price
3-very noisy area and very hard to get a parkin serounding that area
4- not provided a instant coffee or tea in package even the mineral water also nee to pay to drink.
5-not suitable to family bring a child & OKU to this hotel because they are not provide good access to stroller or wheel chair to us.
The view of the room not nice and the toilet is not so clean and looks old. No hair dryer provided.
Their sink is insecure... my ring drop inside the sink hole and cannot retrieve back. Poor me..
