Our stay was great. Rooms are very nice, clean and comfortable. And it has all the basic amenities you need. The staff are very are very friendly & helpful esp Kooik & Christine. Warm and friendly staff is definitely a bonus!
The way to the guesthouse is very steep but it is just a 5 mins walk to Myeongdong station and the shopping district.
Overall we were very satisfied with the stay and would definitely stay there again!

Love the Plaza! The staff are so friendly, the location is fantastic and the rooms compact but comfortable. You can tell the class of hotel from the Hermes toiletries and the Nespresso coffee machine alone - not to mention the Eric Kayser pastries for breakfast. -

The hotel is very well located at the center of Seoul with easy access to all tourist sites, shopping and restaurant.The place is clean, well equiped with washer dryer and the room was great.
