  Stayed here for a 2 week holiday. Don't let the small alley fool you, this is a top-notch hotel right in the heart of the most prestigious part of Seoul. The Hotel looks very nice, all the interior is very neat and modern, very clean as well, felt like I was in a very high quality residence. The staff are very nice and very helpful, speak English ... was die leute sagen » pretty well at the lobby. Whenever I needed something they were able to help very quickly and efficiently. My room was ninja cleaned every day regardl - Staff: The staff was very friendly and explained everything properly - how to use the laundry machine, how to use the computer, the tv, the spas, the wi-fi, etc. They even accompanied us to the limousine airport bus stop to make sure we would find it. They gave us maps of the city and suggested places to visit. Honestly, top notch excellent service. Amongst the best services I ever had. Room : The room was very comfortable, the bathroom had a jacuzzi and sets of cream, lotions, hair gels, etc.

  The staff we're really friendly. They helped us with everything and spoke enough English to help us with our needs. The washroom did clog up, but the cleaning lady came in about 15 minutes to fix it. The beds were comfort and big enough. We were traveling with 4 adults and we got the family room. The location was great, 5 minutes to the subway and the buses around take you to a lot of places. - Friendly English speaking staff. Reasonable pricing for a big and comfortable family room that could even accommodate more than 4 adults. Great location. 5-10 minutes walk to subway, 10-15 minutes walk to Dondaemun shopping area,,15-20 minutes walk to Namdaemun and Myeongdong shopping area. Surrounded with restaurants and convenient stores. It's only 5 mins walk to the bus station for the shuttle bus to Incheon Airport which cost only 10,000 wons per person.
