Staff were generally helpful and made a special effort to help us locate a lost piece of luggage at the airport. It is on a separate island from the city center, but public transport is working all the night so it's not a problem.

Our room faced the inner court so it was very silent, the room was large with old fashioned furniture which gave us retro feeling - it was nice. If you are looking for a luxury, then you should choose another hotel. - As soon as you step inside you feel the friendliness and warmth of a family-based business. Just 5 minutes from the station, and the restaurant next door is good. We won't bother looking anywhere else for our stays in Venice.

The staff are very kind, rooms are clean. We live in the top floor and from the window there you can see the bell tower in St. Marco square.
