The hospitality we received in this hotel was excellent. They couldn't do enough for us. Sabastiano speaks good English and knows the area very well. The hotel is located close to the pebble beach at the lakeside. There are bicycles to use for cycling to Simione town centre where you can see the old walled town and ruins, which are closed on Mondays.

My mom & I went for a quick getaway to Lake Garda and we had a wonderful stay at this Hotel. The owners are truly warm and friendly, and catered to our every whim, from having fresh toast done at breakfast for us, to lending their umbrella to us when it was a rainy day. Rooms were clean and very comfortable and well air conditioned. I honestly cannot fault this hotel. Truly a little gem which is an absolute must to visit! I will definitely return when I visit again!!

The hotel is right on the lake. They have a very nice terrace where you can sit and watch the world go by. The rooms are small but clean and functional. Some have a balcony overlooking the lake. The staff is very nice and helpful. Breakfast was included and very good (they will bring you eggs cooked how you want and cappuccino). They had free parking too which is nice.

The staff was great, knowledgeable of the area and very friendly. The pool was beautiful but cold in the beginning of May. We walked around the town and we were quite close to the middle of Sirmione, about 200m. The staff recommended a boat ride around the island, 40 Euros, and a trip across the Lake to Lazio. Both were excellent. The breakfast was extensive and delicious.
