  It was easy to walk to locations like the Trevi fountain, the main Firenze train station, the colosseum, and the forum. Right on bus route to easily get to the Vatican (recommend over the metro). Most staff spoke English, but some did not speak well. A/C worked well. We walked to lots of major attractions: Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, Colloseum and Roman Forums were all 15 - 20 minutes easy walk away. It's a small place, but very clean and with a good vibe, we felt safe and it was a pleasure to come back after a day walking. Breakfast was simple, don't expect more than for a typical 2 stars hotel, but we found it enough for all tastes. The rest of the hotel however was much above 2 stars.
