After a long day of sightseeing, she led us to a cute little outdoor balcony to rest when we came back. It had two chairs and a small table and then she brought us two glasses of wine!! Sandra, the owner was lovely. Extremely helpful in checking out bus times and routes for us. Very professional. The hotel is on the second floor of a block with other businesses with a small elevator. It was well air conditioned and felt very secure. Very clean, neat and tidy. We would recommend .   The staff was very friendly and helpful. They knew a couple of different languages enough to be kind and helpful. The street was quiet and even though I had read that you could hear others in the next room, guess we were tired enough from our sightseeing, we didn't hear anything. I wasn't so sure about the twin cots but I slept on one and no problem with my bad back. It is just a 5 mi - Very friendly staff, clean bedroom and bath, AC and shower works well. I thought the room is pretty sound proof, as we did not hear any noise during our 3 nights. Bed is firm but we liked it. The hotel is on a quite street and feels safe. It's actually next to an adult cinema but very quite and did not bother us. Walking distance to Termini station, there is also a bus station(#90) near by, we used it from train station but we did not find out how to ride it the other way around. Overall, a goo
