  The staff was extremely helpful. Especially the lady at the reception. Breakfast was very good. Room heating was adjustable and excellent. Durin two week period of my stay, they cleaned the room everyday and changed the towels etc. Internet wifi signal was perfect in the room. Metro station was in 2 min distance.   It was very clean, they cleaned the bathroom and changed the towels everyday and also made the beds every day. We had warm water all the time, they also had a kitchen with fridge, cooker and microwave oven. We stayed in a 2 rooms apartment and we had shared bathroom but that was not a problem as we never intersected with the other guests.   Location was great- metro station was 5 mins max walk, and Termini was 10 mins walk max (this is where the airport buses drop you off). Felt safe in the area. Supermarket across the road was perfect, fresh baguettes in the morning. Around the corner 4 restaurants (we ate in 2 of them)- value for money. After walking the - We have stayed at Casa Carra for three nights. The room was clean and had a fridge. The location was perfect it was close to Termini station, but wasn't too close to it so outside it wasn't loud at all. You could easily walk from there to the main attractions. The best part was the service. There were two people working there Constantin and a young girl, who were very friendly and always willing to help. Constantin speaks good English and gave us many advices on what to visit, how to get there,

  The hotel was good, close to Termini station so its was perfect. Breakfast was ok, Italy style, And personal was good specially Romar! We asked he for help in August for a late Sept visit, but that restaurant was closed for August. She wrote down our request in her diary and called the restaurant the first day it opened. Incredible!   Ercole was an excellent host. He greated us and helped carry our bags up to the 4th floor where our room was. The Bluehostel has 3 rooms on the 4th floor and the others are on the 3rd floor. Be prepared to take the stairs, there is no elevator. We didn't mind at all. The shower was great with enough hot water, good water pressure, and a nice shower head. The absolute best - The rooms are clean, decorated beautifully and very comfortable. We were met by Ricardo who helped us with our luggage and also made sure we were settled in. Also provided us with a map of what to see in Rome, where to eat, drink, shop etc. Everything is thought of to make your stay as pleasant as possible and have to say Ercole and Ricardo were both so helpful with any questions. We would stay there again.
