Was die Leute sagen
This is a perfect place to stay for your trip to Rome.
The location is perfect - 3 mins to the Forum, 15 mins walking from Termini railway staitaion, etc.. We used the metro just once, to get to Vatican.
It is a nice, small family owned place. There are just 4 rooms there.
The design of the rooms is perfect: very functional, there's everything you need, it's nice and cosy, and you feels that everything is almost brand-new, including bathroom facilities.
The breakfast was nice.

This little place is gorgeous, well located in a quiet little street
near via Cavour with an excellent restaurant across the street. I was
met by a gorgeous man, Leone, who despite my late arrival was really
nice. The only criticism was that the promised breakfast was really bad,
so don't depend on it. The area is well serviced by other bars etc,
so eat breakfast out. Just make sure you avoid Gran Caffe Cavour, in via
Cavour, as a coffee there will set you back more than 6.60euro!!!!.
The place was in a great location next to the Colosseum and Forum Romanum, and only 20 min walking from the railway station. There were a lot of restaurants and bars nearby. The rooms were renovated with a good shower and your own coffee machine. Wifi was available for free and had good signal all the time. We would book it again!.
The location was excellent.
Close to monuments, metro, restaurants, wine bars etc. The room was modern, clean, comfortable.
The price was amazing-an offer through bookin- 50E/night.
walking distance to major attractions. very clean. coffee maker in the room, safe free to use.
staffs and location of hotel were very nice. I hope we come back soon!.
Best location ever. Just a few steps away from the Roman Forum.
The location was superb and the room was very nice.

The location was the best.
location
nice room.
All!!!.
Clean rooms. Coffee machine in the room.
The only inconvinience I noticed was that the cellphone connection was SOMETIMES a bit poor inside the rooms, and wifi was not always working in some parts of the rooms. But, I guess, this was because of the heavy walls of the house the hotel is located in, and it was not a big deal for us. You just ind a place in the room where it definitely works, and the problem's solved.
Breakfast was very poor.
The twin room is a single room with an extra bed, so there is not too much space. Also the beds might be a bit short for tall persons.
Be sure you call them before you arrive. There is no reception desk and no elevator.Generally, we were very satisfied, i would book it again if i ever visited Rome again.
quite hard to find the hotel. little bit of noise at night.
every thing was ok.
Breakfast was just a croissant.
Some fittings, especially in bathroom, would benefit from
update/repair.
The room I was didn´t have outside light :-(.
airco & tv (didn't work)
breakfast.
the price included breakfast but they give just a croissant, butter and coffee for breakfast.
One of the two bed was really small (less than 1.85 width) without headboard. Very uncomfortable. Very poor breakfast. Just a plain croissant w coffee or juice. Very small room. Avoid if two persons are going to stay in. Located in dark road and empty in weeknights. No elevator. Have to wait half an hour on the road for someone to come and check us in.
