good location near Termini station
The staff were great and helpful ! the rooms are big and clean nearby the central station, Termini.
The location is quite scary at nights, especially if you are girls travelling only the building is old (as many others) and the facilities are quite old too (meaning shower & toilets)

Mrs. Elza was so nice to us at check-in! She allowed us to check in early, at 10:00 and have us a handy map of the city, as well as tips. She also helped us to get a taxi to the airport at check-out. She was very helpful, friendly and sweet. The room was very spacious for European standards. It was very clean too. The bed was huge and the sheets were spotless white and clean. Our towels were changed every day and we were provided with an all purpose gel for toiletries (xampu and soap all in 1), but which smelled great. We received two small and very simple sweet breads for breakfast in the room every day, along with instant coffee and tea, which is not a big deal, but considering it was free, that was a very nice gesture; we felt they cared abt us. Room was silent enough to sleep at night. Location great, only 5-10 min walk fronteira train/metro station. Has elevator, which is great for Europe. Area seems safe, just not a very touristic place at night. Cheap Arab food nearby, cheap souvenir shops too. We felt safe with 3 keys: 1 for our room, 1 for our floor in the building, 1 for main entrance of building that closes at night.
Only two things were dirty: water heater (for the free coffee and tea) and perhaps the woolen blanket for the bed. Shower tiny, a bit difficult for large people to take shower there. A support for soap and xampu would help.

can be noisy at night because there are a lot of hotels nearby and there are many people coming in and going out of the building and making a lot of noise.

Staff was friendly, helpful, rooms were cleen, just bathroom was a bit messy, but everything was good.
I like Rome, people at hotel really nice. The hotel is not so important, but still... it should be pleasent and cosy. Semi-Suite rooms are nice!

The location was great and we could walk everywhere. Close to restaurants.
It was not super cheap. There was no internet although they advertised it on letsbookhotel.com. The Breakfast was advertised as croissant and coffee - was instead dry biscuits and instant coffee in the room.
ıf you travel alot wıth traın ıts a good locatıon very close by to the statıon. ınternet dıdnt work even at the reseptıon whıch says Wıfı work ın all areas.
