  This farm-like setting, just near Florence suited us perfectly. We arrived with a taxi and took a bus to Florence central- very regular busline, a 10 minute ride and tickets for the bus were provided us by the B&B-owner, we returned them the next day- very helpful. It is about 10 mins walk and once you pass the bridge take the first right turn up a liitle lane. There is a pub and shop on the corner.
