  The owner Concetta is fantastic. Extremely helpful, friendly and did all she could make our stay unforgettable. When all ferries from Lampedusa was cancelled due to the weather she drove us around town in order to secure some of the few last-minute flight tickets to Palermo. - nice looking hotel good breakfast good service

The gardens are incredibly well manicured, there are secret little corners, a hammock, pool and gym and has been - This is a beautiful hotel with careful attention to every detail to make the guest feel welcome and special. The rooms are spotless and beautifully decorated with clean linen/towels. Even the pool towels are replaced each day. Nothing was too much trouble for our host and hostess. They recommended restaurants, booked them for us and helped with accommodation for our son who came to stay. Breakfast is traditional, home made and organic, with choices of delicious pastries and cakes each day.

  My husband and I stayed at the B&B Serpotta when we first arrived in Sicily and liked it so much that we extended our stay by one night. We also rebooked at the B&B for our last night before heading home. The rooms/suites are beyond what you would expect from a B&B. The B&B also has a hot tub and workout area which again is beyond most B&B - I (67 yrs) was travelling with my God daughter (29) who has cerebral palsy. All the staff treated her with respect and good humour and indulged her attempts to speak Italian, she has difficulty speaking English! Nothing was too much trouble and when an incident occurred that necessitated a change of bedding, I was assure it was "no problem". The apartment was more than I expected, beautifully appointed and scrupulously clean. A truly wonderful stay.

  Such an amazing place! Wonderful hotel, beautiful pool and lounge-garden. Very nice modern design with still a lot of atmosphere. Huge breakfast with lots of savory and sweet dishes. Dinner menu is good (would only have liked a bit more choice for starters). Staff is extremely welcoming and helpful. Highly recommended! - We had the most incredible time here. The location is great - close enough to the nearby beaches and towns to do day (and night) trips. The pool and surrounding area with orange trees, lounges and day beds is so peaceful and relaxing that we didn't want to leave. On top of this the staff are all so friendly and welcoming. A special mention must also go to the owner who really went out of her way to make our stay something to remember. We are already planning our next visit!!

  Stefania spricht sehr gut deutsch und gibt gute Tipps für Ausflüge. Wir haben sehr viel mit ihr über Land und Leute geplaudert. Dora spricht 'schwiezer dütsch' und verwöhnte uns beim Frühstück mit täglich neuen sizilianischen Spezialitäten. Auf dem großen Balkon konnte man die Ruhe mitten im Weinberg geniessen.   The personal service provided by Daniela and Giovanni was outstanding. They couldn't have done more for us and made our stay in the Arabian suite really special. The suite was beautiful with great attention to detail. Gabriela provided wonderful breakfasts to our suite and also a couple of delicious dinners when my husband wasn't feeling well. ... was die leute sagen » We could walk to shops and restaurants and Ragusa Ibla was also within walking distance although we did drive to it instead. - This b & b was absolutely charming and luxurious, full of character. The owner's attention to every detail was superb. SHe couldn't have done more to make our stay a joy, including meeting us on arrival to help us park the car and take us to the rooms. A wonderful breakfast was served in our room each morning. This b and b was an absolute delight and extraordinarily good value. The location, right between the old and new towns, was very convenient.
