Tolle Anlage, fantastischer Blick auf Meer und Stromboli. Sehr freundliches Personal, Super Pool zum schwimmen, alles sehr sauber und gepflegt inmitten von Weinbergen. Still, stilvoll, stylisch. From the harbor we were picked up by the hotel. On arrival we got a drink, and our luggage was directly sent to our room. We got an upgrade to a room with sea view.

The hotel is up hill on new Ragusa area. The service is 5 stars, breakfast is good, rooms are very cute and well decorated, very romantic. We were there just for 1 night and were very impressed with the quality of service. The hotel was a antique house of upscale family from old times turned into a hotel. It is very charming and you can walk around the hotel and imagine how life used to be in the past in that house.

Do not compare a 5* hotel in Sicily with a 5* hotel anywhere else in the world...Saying that, we had a lovely time despite some flaws, exploring the Etna region and playing golf on the oldest golf course in Sicily nearby (green fee reduction when you stay in the hotel). Make sure to visit Castiglione di Sicilia about 1/2 hr. away. Hotel is in a very quiet area in well kept grounds, perfect for a short break. Good Wi-Fi connection in rooms, but somehow slow speed (as everywhere in Sicily).
