  Absolutely loved it, would stay there again any time. The room was spacious, nice and clean, and the bed very comfortable. Gianluca and Agostino were super friendly and helpful, providing us with two walking tours of Rome which covered many of the major sights, sustained by a big breakfast. Location is also really good, 3 minutes to the metro, but you can pretty much walk to many de - Gianluca our host could not be more welcoming or helpful. Nothing was too much. Planning walks to make the best use of time and packing in the sites, recommending local restaurants etc. Casa Martini was a fantastic location, within walking distance to all the sites but also close to the metro if you want to save your legs . It is modern and very well appointed. We loved the fact we had the use of a kitchen if we wanted fully stocked with tea, coffee, milk and cookies!

  We loved the fact that the guesthouse was so well located. Centrally located, yet outside the cauldron tourist trap that is the Spanish steps/Trevi fountain location. The fact that we had our own fridge - restocked daily made it feel like home from home. When we returned to collect our bags, they offered us use of the bathroom facilities and a refreshing drink.   The owner Alex is absolutely friendly and his hints and tipps are in any case of great help and value. His B&B is very modern, absolutely clean and from high standard. He is always willing to fulfil the wishes of his guests. During breakfast we enjoyed his communication a lot. He is reachable by mobile and answers quickly. We highly recommend this B&B and whenever we return to Rome we'd - Kind and helpful owner, who gave us many recommendations for Rome and managed to give us a free ride to the station on departure. Very modern, clean and nice looking room and bathroom. In good reaching distance to the city by bus. Good coffee at the breakfast. Although we did not like the breakfast Alex was very zealous to do the best he could - he even got some lactose-free milk for us when he heard one of us does not tolerate lactose although we did not ask him for it.
