  La Rotella nel Sacco is a lovely house with comfortable and thoughtfully decorated rooms. Margherita and her mother could not have been more friendly. They are charming, friendly, helpful hosts who gave us a wealth of information about Rome. But the best of the place is the owner - Margherita, our lovely host. Very helpful, open-minded, speaking fluently english, french, explaining us everything we need to know: buses, where is the supermarket, where to go to eat, etc. We have felt like visiting an old, good friend in Rome :)

  Spacious room, with nice furnishings and fittings. The "chromatherapy" lights are a nice touch. Nice to have tea/coffee facilities in the room. They also had fruit, yogurt, juice and crackers available when we arrived so we didn't need to rush out for food.   We liked absolutely everything. Starting of how we were welcomed in reception by a young man; the location, the room itself; very pleasant and humble roomservice man to the moment we were waved goodbye. The room was really nice. Small and very very cosy. And of course those breakfasts, which were served in our room and we allways enjoyed quite fo - I can not complain about this hotel. Nice staff, the room was clean. They bring you the breakfast to your room if you want. It is a 2min walk to the trevi fountain. Everything was great. If we ever go back to Rome, we would like to stay at the same hotel.
