  The staff were extremely kind and helpful, seem to have a philosophy of providing excellent service for the paying customer. The rooms are very modern, very clean and comfortable. Everything carefully designed to the last little details in minimalist style and made of good quality. We really appreciated little extras like free help yourself coffee and tea facilities any time of the day, which was great after a day out walking to come back and relax with a nice coffee, tea or juice. The hosts welcomed us at the door, they were chatty friendly sooooo nice.The room was very nice and the bathroom was excellent - the shower was big with good pressure and hot water. The bed was very comfortable and the room very clean and cosy. Definitely one of the best designed hotel ever stayed in.

There are also a number or good restaurants of all prices very near, within 10 minutes walking at a leisurely pace. The staff was very friendly and helpful, giving tips on how to get into the Colosseum and Roman Forum without waiting 4 hours
