  The room was impeccably clean! We stayed 7 nights and each day we returned to the room after a long day of sightseeing, the room was perfectly cleaned, bed made, fresh towels. Every morning breakfast was delivered to our room. Hotel owner was a lovely, elderly lady who couldn't have been more welcoming or helpful (she even gave us a wake up call at 04:15 on day of departure and ordered taxi transfer to Termini for us).

Very good breakfast at the restaurant downstairs. Awesome location. For groups of 4 it would have been even nicer, as 2 bedrooms share a living room with a nice kitchen, couch and desk. We had a lovely double room, it was clean, spacious, the shower was also very clean and everything was well-functioning. Concerning locations - don't be confused by hotel's close vicinity to railway station, the area is safe and noise from the street doesn't come to the hotel rooms. The nearest subway station is "Vittorio Emanuele", but for us is was a bit tricky to find the way back from this station, so we used "Termini" - 10 min from hotel,

I was met by the owners of the hotel, they were extremely attentive with me and contributed to my perfect stay in Roma. Besides, he hotel is new, it is near metro station and Vatican area. I loved it!

You can feel real - The welcome and assistance from Umberto and Vincenzo was second to none. The room was large, comfortable and spotlessly clean. Towels changed after two days. The position was ideal with a tram stop just outside, although it is possible to walk to the centre. Trastevere has a good selection of, reasonably priced, bars and restaurants and some delightful lanes to stroll through.
