Absolutely everything! It surpassed our expectations. We had a lovely room with a cozy sitting area. The breakfast was such a fantastic assortment of foods. The staff were so friendly and heplful; recommendations on where to eat, etc. It added to our visit to Rome. Would definitely stay there again.

Mario was a very polite and friendly attendant, he tried everything to be OK during our stay and gave us some useful information about the city. Breakfast was OK, with a large variety of goodies. Will highly rec it to fellow visitors to Rome and will stay here on every trip to Rome ourselves. As soon as we booked the hotel I was contacted by Emiliano, the owner, asking for our flight details. He also gave us very helpful directions to the B&B. We arrived at 11:30 at night and Emiliano was waiting for us outside the hotel, this was excellent since we were very tired.

Emiliano who runs the business was very helpful and flexible. I could leave my bag in the apartment on my last day and pick it up before I had to travel.
The breakfast was always filled with those bits that were eaten or drunk.
The location was really good as me and my mum could get anywhere in Rome easily.

The hotel feels like it has only recently been renovated so it has that fresh new feel. The location is second to none - located near the Vatican Museum entrance. We could see the line forming in the morning from our hotel window! There is also a Carrefour Express & one other Italian supermarket on the same street.

The location was great. Literally right next to metro station Furio Camilla. A short trip into the city, we never waited more than a few minutes for a train . Sandra, the owner was lovely. Extremely helpful in checking out bus times and routes for us. Very professional. The hotel is on the second floor of a block with other businesses with a small elevator. It was well air conditioned and felt very secure. Very clean, neat and tidy. We would recommend . Thanks Sandra, for making us very welcome
