  What did I not like!!! This boutique hotel was amazing. I am definitely much more accustomed to the big fancy American chains (Marriott, Hilton etc.) but this place was perfect. Our room was incredibly large for European standards with a table and chairs and a sofa which was used and an extremely comfortable 3rd bed. The ter - Residenza Torre Colonna was incredible - the facility itself is totally unique, the location is terrific, and the people are all wonderful! We could not have imagined a better experience. After we had checked out and discovered we had a flat tire on our car, we had difficultly communicating (on a Saturday afternoon) with anyone who could help us.   Agritoursimo Poggio di Marrema was a delight. Our apartment was beyond clean and comfortable...not luxurious very nearly so. The apartment we rented was very nice and well equipped.   Location is excellent in - walking distance to most major attractions. Lots of good restaurants close by. Room size was great, very spacious and very clean. Staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel arranged an airport pick up and drop off for us which was helpful. We rented bikes from a small bike shop close by (details were at the reception), and saw even more of the city. Just be careful of t - Location is great! Breakfast - in the room or on the common terrace - very good. This is a b&b on the 2nd floor of an old block, and once you get to the 2nd floor it's excellent, the rooms are large, well fitted out, clean and well serviced. However, although the booking photos show the plaza, the entrance to the building is a steel barred gate on a small side street which the taxi found tough to locate. The initial impression from the entrance gate is therefore not as expected.

  Rooms are spacious, clean and airy. Staff very friendly, Stefan helped us buying / print tickets for Vatican Museum and with everything we needed. The accommodation is placed, max. 5 min. walk from the subway (Cipro station) and buses; 3 minutes to the Vatican Museums and for Vatican basilica 12-15 minutes. Great restaurants near you, I recommend the pizza from the right side as you go down the stairs and for pasta homemade just take the right side afte - The owner of this B&B accom. is excellent person, always ready to help you with whatever problem you may encounter during your stay. The rest of the limited personnel has however less than basic knowledge of english, but during our stay, we did not need anything to ask for, as everything was ready at the time of our arrival and precisely explained as well.

  Loved Pino, the owner!! He was there at a moment's notice if we needed anything and so helpful. He gave a recommendation for dinner and it was the best place for food and value we ate during the 3 days in Roma. Our pension was just 1/2 block from the entrance to the Vatican Museum so we - Everything about this B&B was perfect. - Good location near the centre of Rome (I could visit everything on foot). - The owner is very friendly. - The room is clean and big, i even had a balcony. - Very safe neighbourhood, important to me, as i'm a single woman travelling alone. - Rome is a beautiful city, i'm sure i will return and definitly i'll stay here again.

  The location was within 1 block of St. Peters Square - you couldn't be any closer. The history of the area and the rest of the city is overwhelming. You ask "am I really here"? Fabio was very personable and gave us recommendations of where to eat that were close to the hotel as well as how to get to the sites. The bathroom was large with a rainforest sh - The location was absolutely perfect for access to St. Peter's and the Sistine Chapel. Fabio, Alexandra, and Daniel each went out of their way every day to make our stay special. The room was very well appointed and absolutely sparkling clean.
